Wildlife Children's Church Ministry
Our Mission: We are so excited that you are here to worship with us. Our desire is that this page would serve as a valueable resource to you as you navigate your way through our Children's Ministry page.
Our ministry seeks to partner with you in teaching your children the wonderful truths from God's Word and training them to set their hope in Christ alone so they might walk in HIs ways.
We gladly, and with great joy, welcome you and your children in His wonderful Name. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your child. It is important to us that you feel comfortable leaving your children with us while you are in service.
We work (and pray) hard to make each child feels loved and cared for. The men and women who volunteer make every effort to help your child feel safe and welcomed while at the same time having fun learning God's Word.
We desire for your child to have a great experience church. The Bible tells us in Psalm 127:3 that children are a gift from the Lord. This God-given trust is vitally important to all of us. Both parents and church workers play an essential and influential role in making God's love real to these little ones.
Our vision is to reach children for Christ. To teach children their value in God. To equip them to build a solid stable foundation. To help them grow in their knowledge of the Bible.
Core Values: We are an interdependent team of volunteers, determined to work together to edify the body of Chirst, by doing our teaching with dedication and integrity.
"What are your age requirements?"
Our program is geared for children in 2nd grade and under. We also have "Baby Wranglers" for our nursery ministry.
"Do I have to register my child for this program?"
Yes. We have a registration for you to fill out. You can download a copy below along with other information about our program.
"Where is Children's Church located?"
We are currently located in the fellowship hall behind the church.
"When does Children's Church start?"
Immediately following the dismissal of our choir, our volunteers will be walking to each pew to collect those children wishing to attend Children's Church.
"How will I know when to pick my child up?" Immediately when the service is over you may come to the fellowship hall and pick up your child. We ask that a parent or adult come to collect all children. We will not release a child to anyone under 18. Weather permitting your child may possibly be on the play ground located behind the fellowship hall.
"Can I Check on my Child?"
We want you to be comfortable with your child being in our care so, we invite you anytime you feel the need to pop in for a visit, please do so.
"Can my child bring a toy?"
We ask that older children (pre-K) leave their toys with a parent or guardian. We would hate to see a beloved toy broken. We offer free time to fellowship and play games when time allows. All babies toy/diaper bags will be given a label with you and the child's name on it.
"What kind of snacks are provided? My child has food allergies."
We offer a variety of snacks. From fruit cups to dry cereal. However, if your child has a food allergy and you would feel more comfortable bringing them a snack from home you may do so. We will label it and put it in the fridge until snack time.
"My child has been sick is it ok if they come to Children's Church?"
We want everyone to come to church however, if your child has had a fever of 99.9 or higher in the past 24 hours or any contagious illnesses such as chicken pox, flu, or pink eye we ask that you not send them to Children's Church until they have had no symptoms for 48 hours.
We are always looking for volunteers to be on one of our teams for Children's Church.
No special talents needed just a love of Jesus and showing that love to children.
